Regional competition “Best Kindergarten Educator-2023”

Örken East Kazakhstan Regional Scientific and Methodological Center for Informatization and Education Development of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region held a competition “Best Kindergarten Educator-2023” among educators of preschool education organizations of the region.

The goal of the Competition was to popularize the role and significance of educators in the education system, enhance the prestige and status of the teaching profession; foster professional skills development and creative abilities; and identify the best educators in the region.

11 teachers participated in the competition in five areas: “I am an educator!” - self-presentation of an educator; “Learning through play!” - a fragment of organized activities involving participants and viewers of the competition; Homework - a video collaboration with parents in a new format; Essay on the topic “My profession is my pride!” and “One aspect of the educator's profession is creativity” - showcasing the educator’s creativity. 

The works submitted for the Competition had to comply with the content of the Competition, modern educational requirements, practical orientation and methodological value of the materials, their relevance, quality of the video materials presented, authenticity of the works, ideological content and emotional depth of the essay.   

 Results of the Competition:

 Grand Prix - Zhanat K. Essimova– an educator of Balbobek Kindergarten-Nursery of Education Department of Katon-Karagai district of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region;

 I place - Toleukhan Zhainagul – an educator of Aizhuldyz Kindergarten-Nursery of Education Department of Ulan district of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region;                                                                            

 II place - Zhanar T. Asaubayeva – an educator of Ertostik Kindergarten-Nursery of Education Department of Zaisan district of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region and Kairbek Akerke – an educator of Asyl Bope Kindergarten-Nursery of Education Department of Glubokoe district of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region;   

 III place - Aizhan K. Kondybayeva – an educator of Kindergarten of Kurchum settlement of Education Department of Kurchum district of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region and Zarina K. Chenvaeyva– an educator of Alva Altyn Kilt Kindergarten LLP of East Kazakhstan region; 

The following nominations were awarded:          

“Master of the craft” - Ayaulym S. Zharmukhanbetova– an educator of Rakhat Kindergarten-Nursery No. 15 of Education Department of Ust-Kamenogorsk of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region;

“Educator-innovator” - Olga V. Zhukova– an educator of Valeological School-Complex for Gifted Children of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region;

“Creative educator” - Elvira M. Raisova – an educator of Azamat-AS Kindergarten-Nursery LLP of Ust-Kamenogorsk city;

“Modern educator” - Ayauly D. Chederinova – an educator of Danshik Kindergarten-Nursery of Education Department of Samara region of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region;

“Creative educator” - Kabyl Aidana – an educator of Balausa-Balgyn Kindergarten-Nursery of Education Department of Tarbagatai district of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region.  

The winners and prize-winners were awarded diplomas and certificates of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region. All participants of the competition received letters of appreciation.
