“Children's holiday on the first day of summer”

Kazakhstan, as many countries globally celebrates International Children's Day on the first day of summer. This is not only a fun holiday for children, but it’s also a reminder to adults about the need to respect children's rights to life, education, rest and leisure.

This year, due to the pandemic, one of the most beloved and long-awaited holidays for our children in the region takes place remotely.

The results of the regional distance creative competition “7 Keremet”, which started on May, 13 were summarizes on June 1, 2020. 

All children from cities and districts of the region aged 6 to 17 years wishing to participate were able to show their talents and skills in the following categories: drawing competition on the theme “My Homeland – Kazakhstan”; the competition of author’s poems on the theme “Here is our summer!”; the competition of arts and crafts “Altyn Kazyna”; a photo contest “Let's Save our Nature Together!”; a presentation competition “Safe Summer”; the competition of young soloists of folk and traditional songs “Music Alemіnde” and the quest contest “Road to knowledge”.

According to the results of the competition, 276 participants became winners: Grand Prix went to 9 participants, I place went to 59 participants, II place went to 89 participants, III place went to 119 participants.
