Parents of the first graders can submit an online application to a school from June, 1

Starting from June 1, the electronic system for accepting documents to enroll in the first classes of secondary schools begins its work in the region. This summer the same as last year, each parent independently, staying at home, can apply online to a school.  

Parents will be able to get this service on the electronic government portal www.egov.kz, or on the website www.vko.ddo.kz using electronic digital signature (EDS). Applications will be submitted 24/7, so that parents, at work or at home, will be able to apply online to a school.

To do this, you need to visit the website, fill in the necessary information and attach scanned copies of the relevant documents. They are a birth certificate; a document on the state of health in the form of 026 / y-3 “Passport of the child’s health”; a health certificate in the form of 063 / y and two 3x4 photos. A refusal is possible in case of an incomplete package of documents or unreadable scan copies submitted.

If there is no computer or the Internet, a parent can also go to the nearest school and contact the personnel of the educational institution to receive this service.
