Ruslan J. Israilov is a teacher of physical education at School Gymnasium No. 17 of Education Department of Ust-Kamenogorsk city of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, an expert teacher, senior counselor.
During his work, Ruslan J. Israilov has proven himself as a competent and responsible teacher, a professional in his field and an excellent organizer. One of the main focuses of his pedagogical activities is that he constantly improves his educational level, refining teaching methods. Ruslan J. Israilov regularly enhances his pedagogical qualifications, and skillfully uses various methods and means depending on the goals and content of the educational process. In addition to traditional lessons, Ruslan J. Israilov uses video lessons, role-playing games, fairy tale lessons to intensify the educational process. In order to ensure lively interest in his lessons, he incorporates computer technology. He devotes much time to developing learners’ ability to apply acquired knowledge to explain phenomena and solve problems. His classes and extracurricular activities are characterized by accessibility and logical presentation, real-life connection.
Ruslan J. Israilov pays special attention to working with schoolchildren who are interested in physical education. Individual work with gifted children takes various forms: solving additional tasks in the classroom, stimulating the search for different problem-solving approaches. The interest of schoolchildren in the subject he teaches is evidenced by the fact that every year his graduates successfully secure full scholarships at leading universities of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the CIS.
Ruslan J. Israilov conducts extensive educational work with schoolchildren. Under his guidance, learners participate in various city, regional and national competitions and Olympiads achieving prize-winning places, actively engaging in volunteer activities and various environmental events, such as spring clean-ups, tree planting.
Ruslan J. Israilov is constantly working to enhance the level of his professional competence. In 2017, he completed a scientific internship in Moscow. He participated in the III International (in-person) scientific and practical conference “Current issues of physical education of the Republic of Kazakhstan” on his dissertation topic “Pedagogical conditions for fostering physical activity among high school students using Kazakhstan schools’ as an example. Since 2018, he has prepared winners for the republican, distance subject Olympiads in physical education. In the 2019-2020 school year, Ruslan J. Israilov was awarded the Grand Prix Prize of Akim of Ust-Kamenogorsk city in the nomination “Best young teacher”, in 2019 he won the regional competition “Talented teacher for gifted children”, secured first place in the regional competition “Zhas teacher-2019”. He also was recognized as the best counselor of the 2019-2020 school year and received diplomas and letters of appreciation from Education Department of Ust-Kamenogorsk city. He is a prize-winner and winner of the Republican Distance Subject Olympiads in physical education and conducted an online master class at the republican section on educational work and was awarded a letter of appreciation from the adviser to the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the protection of children's rights R.P. Sher. He has a diploma for winning the first place in the regional competition of local history extracurricular activities dedicated to the 20th anniversary of Astana city. He is a coach both for the city and regional leader’s school. He received a certificate and a letter of appreciation for holding a master class as part of the regional scientific and practical conference of teachers, organized by Orleu Institute for Advanced Training of Educators of East Kazakhstan region.
He is the winner of the republican competition “Honorary Citizen of Kazakhstan-2021”, as well as the winner of the pedagogical Olympiad “Best teacher-2022” and the republican competition “Youth policy - bright guarantee of the country’s future -2022” among young teachers of the Republic of Kazakhstan. He received a letter of thanks for “Generalizing work experience” at the regional level, organized by Shygys Regional Center of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region. He received the Grand Prix in the republican competition “First among counselors-2022”. A letter of appreciation from the regional trade union committee for active participation in the XI Olympics dedicated to the Year of Social Partnership. Ruslan J. Israilov is the winner of the republican competition “Parasatty pedagog-2022”. He was awarded a diploma for participation in the business forum “Sustainable Development and Advanced Technologies of Kazakhstan and Russia”.
He was awarded letters of appreciation from Republican Educational and Methodological Center for Additional Education of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan for preparing winners and prize-winners following the results of the 2021-2022 school year. He was awarded a letter of appreciation from the Turan University of Nur-Sultan city for sharing his experience and from the East Kazakhstan regional branch of Orleu National Center for Advanced Training of Institute of Professional Development of Educators for fruitful cooperation and provided work experience at the republican scientific and practical conference “Modernization of Public Consciousness”.
Ruslan J. Israilov is a member of the City Public Council under Akim of Ust-Kamenogorsk city. He was awarded a letter of appreciation from the Chair of Orleu JSC of Nur Sultan city for his active participation in the panel section “Supporting teachers at the beginning of their professional career” as part of the Republican August Forum of Education Leaders - 2022. He actively participates in charitable and volunteer activities. He was awarded a letter of appreciation for his high professionalism as a member of the competition commission at the regional round of the Republican Olympiad “Talented Teacher for Gifted Children-2022”.
Since 2023, he has been a deputy of Ust-Kamenogorsk City Maslikhat. He received a letter of appreciation from the President in 2022, worked as a lecturer of the republican courses - 2023, a letter of appreciation from the rector of the KASU 2023, a letter of appreciation from the Chair of the regional branch of Amanat Party 2023, he chairs a creative group among educators of schools of Ust-Kamenogorsk city, and he is also a member of the Coordinating Council of Ust-Kamenogorsk under Akim of the city.
Since 2022, he has been included in the Youth Affairs Committee of East Kazakhstan region under Akim of the region. He has scientific publications in leading international print and electronic media, is the winner of national and international competitions “Best teacher”, conducts master classes, seminars, open lessons, and eagerly shares his experience with colleagues. His high professionalism, diverse knowledge, conscientiousness and dedication to the matter have earned him respect and authority among schoolchildren, colleagues and parents.
