Seminars on suicide prevention and teenage pregnancy prevention

Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region pays special attention to cooperation with the civil sector.

On November 22, 2023, as part of the state social order “Formation of a positive outlook and prevention of self-destructive behavior among minors”, regional seminars aimed at preventing teenage pregnancy and suicidal behavior among minors were conducted jointly with Ust-Kamenogorsk City Public Youth Association “For the Future of Kazakhstan”.

During the seminar, professional psychologists and psychiatrists provided supervision for educational psychologists of education organizations of the region on the early detection of risky behavior among minors, and on working methods with teenagers.

The seminar was attended by 60 educational psychologists from schools of the region.  

Following the event, the participants received certificates.
