Press release of Debate “Men Zhastarga Senemin”

Debate “Men Zhastarga Senemin”, in honor of the 130th anniversary of the prominent figure of the Alash Movement, the poet, and one of the founders of the new Kazakh literature Magzhan Zhumabayev, is taking place on December 1, 2023, in accordance with the plan of Orken East Kazakhstan Regional Scientific and Methodological Center for Informatization and Education Development of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region.

The goal of the debate is to defend the idea behind each position of the poem “Men zhastarga senemin”. It aims to expand the knowledge space of the younger generation by delving into the depths of spiritual heritage through the edifications of the ancestors. The debate also aims at developing the skills of young specialists in examining the facts of their position, providing their point of view, and expressing their thoughts correctly.

The participants of the debate are young teachers of district and city education organizations (schools with the Kazakh language of instruction) teaching subjects such as the Kazakh language and literature, history.

During the debates, the speakers will defend and prove their point of view. There will be methodological support provided to young specialists on the structure, conditions, specifics, and application of the debate terms.
