Results of Regional Choreographic Competition–Festival “Magical World of Dance”

Daryn East Kazakhstan Scientific and Methodological Center for Gifted and Additional Education Development of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region held a regional Choreographic Competition-Festival “Magic World of Dance”.

The goal of the Festival-Competition is to improve the aesthetic education of children, develop choreographic skills of performance mastery, identify creative groups, support young talents, and promote the multinational art traditions of the region.

238 children of general education organizations of the region took part in the Festival-Competition.

The Competition-Festival was held in the following categories:

1) Folk, folk-stylized dance;

2) Modern, pop dance.

According to the results of the Competition-Festival, the winners are:

In the nomination “Folk, folk-stylized dance”:

Grand Prix - Alakai choreographic group, Zhuldyz Children's Art School of Ust-Kamenogorsk city;

I place – Neposedy ensemble, Sanatorium Kindergarten-Nursery No. 103 of Ust-Kamenogorsk city;

II place – Iskorki dance group, Sauletai Kindergarten-Nursery No. 4, Ust-Kamenogorsk city;

II place – Kyrandar dance group, Balbobek Kindergarten-Nursery No. 3, Ust-Kamenogorsk city;

III place – Sauletai ensemble, Kindergarten-Nursery No. 100, Ust-Kamenogorsk city;

III place – Zhuldyzshalar dance group, Arman Kindergarten-Nursery No. 9, Ust-Kamenogorsk city;

III place – Solnyshko group, Arman Kindergarten-Nursery No. 9, Ust-Kamenogorsk city;

In the nomination “Modern, pop dance”:

Grand Prix – MMDance dance studio, Ust-Kamenogorsk city;

I place – Fairy choreographic collective, UNI DANCE group, Ust-Talovka Children's Art School, Shemonaikha district;

I place – Grace choreographic group, Special School-Kindergarten No. 14, Ust-Kamenogorsk city;

II place – Baiterek ensemble, Balapan Kindergarten-Nursery, Ust-Kamenogorsk city;

II place – MMDance dance studio, Ust-Kamenogorsk city;

II place – Chance dance studio, Multidisciplinary School No. 37, Ust-Kamenogorsk city;

II place – Karamelki dance group, Children's Art School, Samar district;

III place – MMDance dance studio, Ust-Kamenogorsk city;

III place – Pochemuchki ensemble, Sanatorium Kindergarten-Nursery No. 103,

Ust-Kamenogorsk city;

III place – Neposedy dance group, Balbobek Kindergarten-Nursery No. 3, Ust-Kamenogorsk city;

III place – Zhanartau dance group, Zhanartau Kindergarten-Nursery, Ust-Kamenogorsk city.

The winners of the Competition-Festival were awarded cups and diplomas of I, II, III degrees. The winners of the Grand Prix received cash certificates.
