Regional seminar “Pedagogical management and leadership”

On November 1, 2023, Orken East Kazakhstan Regional Scientific and Methodological Center for Informatization and Education Development of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region held a seminar called “Pedagogical management and leadership”, in order to disseminate the advanced practices of Secondary School No. 49 of Education Department of Ust-Kamenogorsk city of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region - the winner of the regional competition “Best organization of secondary education – 2023”.   

The event was attended by 30 headmaster and deputy headmasters of secondary schools.

During the seminar, headmaster A.Ch. Kadirova presented the directions and achievements at the school, showcasing the activities of intra-school communities: School team, Lesson study, Digital technologies aimed at enhancing the professional level of school teachers. Community leaders presented the creativity, Zhas Sarbaz and Asyl Mura classes, the results of schoolchildren’s scientific work, Reading School Project and the achievements of schoolchildren’s in sports sections.

The subject teachers of the school demonstrated methods to improve the quality of education through using educational platforms in their lessons, and also shared their experience, reporting on the intensive progress in the implementation of Lesson Study.

During feedback, the participants highly praised the organizers and speakers, noting the seminar’s efficiency, the valuable information obtained.
