Regional workshop for teachers of preschool organizations of East Kazakhstan region
On October 18, 2023, Orken East Kazakhstan Regional Scientific and Methodological Center for Informatization and Educational Development of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region held a workshop on the topic “Mektepke deyingi mekemelerde pandik-kenistik, damytushy ortany uiymdastyrudagi zamanaui tasilder” for teachers of preschool organizations of the region on the basis of Kindergarten of Kurchum settlement of Education Department of Kurchum district of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region.
The goal of the workshop: to reinforce the experience of kindergarten educators, being a basis for creating a subject-developing environments in groups, in accordance with the standard of preschool education.
The workshop kicked off with a musical welcome by the kindergarten’s pupils. Then the methodologist of Orken Regional Center of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region A.K. Kyrykbaeva delivered a report on the topic of the workshop.
During the workshop, qualified experts in their field, experienced teachers shared their experience and demonstrated their professional skills: a psychologist of the kindergarten A. K. Kurmangaliyeva and an educator A. B. Kaligozhina showed a master class on the topic “Ulttyk koloner oi osiredi”. A.A. Adylbekova, a methodologist and K. B. Muratova, an educator shared their experiences on the topic “National Corner. Life hacks in equipping the developing environment”.
The workshop participants took a tour of the kindergarten, visited a methodical exhibition of teachers, got acquainted with the centers of children’s activities in groups, where the workshop participants could observe the activities of children and the diverse organization of the developing environment. In the Baldyrgan senior group, the participants were given tasks to create a subject developing environment as a practical work.
During the event, the head of the kindergarten N.K. Kudabayeva reviewed the 20th anniversary of the kindergarten under the theme “Otkennen - onege, buginge - bagdar, bolashakka – sabak”. The invited veteran members of the kindergarten shared their parting words, the parents expressed sincere gratitude, music instructor O. R. Bulzhanov shared his creative work.
During the feedback session, the workshop participants received answers to their questions and methodological recommendations on modern methods of national education of children and expressed their gratitude to the organizers and speakers, highlighting the methodological competence, content and effectiveness of the workshop and wished the kindergarten’s team further creative success.
The workshop was attended by about 50 teachers of preschool organizations of East Kazakhstan region.
