Republican scientific and practical conference “Dalamdai darkhan pir-tulgam”

On September 20, 2023, Orken East Kazakhstan Regional Scientific and Methodological Center for Informatization and Education Development of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region held a republican scientific and practical conference called “Dalamdai darkhan pir-tulgam”. The conference was dedicated to the 165th anniversary of the poet, writer, historian, philosopher, composer Shakarim Kudaiberdyuly.

The goal of the conference was to popularize Shakarim Kudaiberdyuly’s contributions to the development of spirituality and enlightenment, literature and philosophy, poetry and public consciousness of the Kazakh people.

The seminar was attended by the head of the laboratory at Y.Altynsarin National Academy of Education of Astana city, a Candidate of Philological Sciences, the Director of Abai Academy Research Institute at L.N.Gumilyov Eurasian State University, a Candidate of Philological Sciences, a leading researcher of Abai Zhane Ulttyk Rukhaniyat Research Center at Shakarim State University of Semey city, as well as master’s and doctoral students, experts of the Pedagogical Excellence Centre and the branch of the Institute for Professional Development of Educators of Orleu JSC, teachers of general secondary education organizations of Pavlodar, Kyzylorda, Zhetysu, Abai, East Kazakhstan regions and the cities of Astana, Uralsk, Semey.

The program included informative and didactic narratives, teaching methods of Shakarim's works, translations of Kudaiberdiuly, the art of composition, the basic philosophy of Shakarim.

The following speakers addressed the plenary part of the conference:

- Aiman S. Akhtanova – the Head of the Laboratory at Y.Altynsarin National Academy of Education of Astana city, Candidate of Philological Sciences, “Shakarimnin shygarmalaryndagy ar bilimi kategoriyasy”;

- Zhandos M. Aubakir – the Director of Abai Academy Scientific Research Institute at L.N.Gumilyov Eurasian State University, PhD, Candidate of Philological Sciences, academician, “Shakarimnin omir belesteri”;

- Akmaral T. Smagulova - Candidate of Philological Sciences of Shakarim Semey State University, a leading researcher of Abai Zhane Ulttyk Rukhaniyat Research Center, “Kazaktan mendei ul tusa...";

- Kuat K. Kiykbai– a senior researcher of Zhidebai-Borili Museum-Reserve of Abai, “Shakarim zhane kazak tarikhynyn kainar bulagi”.

The work continued in section directions:

- Balana bilim uiret zhas kuninde...;

- Bilimdige bilimsiz bagynbai ma? Izdese, pendege zhol tabylmai ma?;

- Bilimdiler nasihat kop zhazady, Adam ushin uaiym zhep zhazady".

The participants of the event witnessed the educational significance of Shakarim's works.

The speakers who shared their experience at the conference received letters of thanks and the participants were awarded certificates.
