Breakout sessions on the topic "Fundamentals of management in the field of education"

For the first time this year, the August meeting was held in a new format. On August 24, sectional meetings were held in West Kazakhstan region on the topic “Management Basics in Education”. One of the speakers at Section No. 2 “Successful Manager in Education: Priorities and Management Model”, was the headmaster of Belousovka Secondary School No. 1 of Glubokovsky district Marhabbat K. Karibayeva, who presented a model of digital management of teachers’ professional development.

The strategic planning using mind maps was of great interest among the participants. It helps to prioritize importance, easily track progress and make adjustments. Mind maps help make the right decision by gathering all the necessary information related to problem solving on one sheet, allowing for a comprehensive overview of all the pros and cons of each solution, activating associative thinking, enabling to see important factors that are often overlooked in traditional analysis.

Marhabbat Kamelkhanovna also focused on the toolkit of a modern educator, allowing for more efficient use of a teacher's time, and expanding teachers’ capabilities in applying modern educational technologies.
