The results of the regional competition for the best methodological development of a distance lesson on the topic “Lesson of Courage”, dedicated to the 75th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War and the Fatherland Defender’s Day

On April 30, 2020, the regional center Shygys of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region held a regional competition for the best methodological development of the distance lesson on the topic “Lesson of Courage” as part of the implementation of the regional action plan, dedicated to the celebration of the 75th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War and the Fatherland Defender’s Day”.

The purpose of the competition is to improve the forms and methods of the patriotic education of students, to preserve the historical memory of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War, the contribution of Kazakhstanis to the victory of the Soviet people over fascism, and to educate schoolchildren in the spirit of respect for the historical past and present of Kazakhstan.

The regional competition is aimed at developing creative activities and professional skills of teachers, identifying talented teachers and their support, encouraging and introducing best practices of distance learning in the educational process.

96 teachers of the regional schools participated in the district and city stages of the regional competition. The works of 23 winners of the district (city) stage and teachers of regional schools were presented at the regional stage. Teachers presented their individual methodological development of lessons, extracurricular activities for students in distance learning.

According to the decision of the Competition Commission, the winners of the regional competition for the best methodological development of a distance lesson on the topic “Lesson of Courage” are:

I place - Aldabergenova Zhanna Kenzhekhanovna, a primary school teacher of Ulken-Naryn Secondary School of Katon-Karagai district;

II place - Bagdatov Nursultan Beibіtuly, a teacher of BMT and TP of R.Marsekov secondary school of Ulan district;

III place - Bolotnov Vladimir Vitalyevich, a teacher of BMT and TP of Vydrikha complex “A.S. Ivanov secondary school-kindergarten” of Shemonaikha district.

Following the results of the regional competition, the collection of the best methodological development of distance lessons on the topic “Lesson of Courage” will be posted on the website of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan in the section “Distance Learning” under the heading “Best distance learning practices”.
