Online teacher training via Online Mektep module

As part of the transition to distance learning, East Kazakhstan Regional Center for New Technologies in Education, jointly with the Bilim Media Group holds training webinars on 27-30 April, 2020 to use the latest digital module “Online Mektep” on the educational platform Bilimland.kz.

The new module helps students of grades 1-11 learn through the use of digital educational resources and provide feedback to teachers.

During online training, experts of educational departments of all districts and cities of the region, assistant principals and subject teachers get familiar with innovations and various ways of teaching students through this platform.

During the courses, trainers clearly demonstrate the functionality of the digital module: creating a timetable lesson, checking and evaluating homework, ways of feedback with a student, monitoring the learning process. 

The work of trainers receives positive feedback from the audience of the seminar. Participants noted such advantages of the portal as the availability of virtual laboratories in physics, mathematics, chemistry, biology and geography.

There are 2,000 schoolchildren in the region.
