Guest Family Project

Guest Family Project has come to its end. In fact, this project is a little life! A life full of surprises, new knowledge, and a flurry of emotions! A life that brings joy and pleasure! This is the first project in the Republic of Kazakhstan, in East Kazakhstan region, where 32 families took part in a pilot project to learn the state language through the Guest Family Project.

Traditionally, at the project completion, the children remember all the best moments that happened to them during the vocation. As part of the pilot project, children learned to speak the Kazakh language in a new format - fully immersing themselves in the language environment. A program was also developed for the children, which allowed them to learn the history of the region, the customs and traditions of the Kazakh people, try their hand at playing Kazakh folk instruments, discover national cuisine, visit local attractions and historical sites.

Special thanks to the teaching staff of Katon-Karagai district for organizing a diverse range of leisure activities, creating all the conditions for the summer break to be good for children’s health, fostering a warm and caring atmosphere.

Next year, the Guest Family Project will again bring together boys and girls to spend their summer holidays in an exciting and good way.
