Announcement of a competition among universities to place the state educational order for personnel training with higher education
Competition subject: State educational order for the training of personnel with higher education at the expense of the local budget for the 2023-2024 academic year.
Competition organizer: Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region.
Deadlines for submission of applications: from June, 26 till June 30, 2023, from 9:00 am till 6:00 pm.
Competition information: The competition is held in accordance with the Order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 29, 2016 No. 122 “On Approval of the Rules for Placing the State Educational Order for Training of Personnel with Higher and Postgraduate Education, Taking into Account the Needs of the Labor Market, for Preparatory Departments of Higher and (or) Postgraduate Education Organizations” (hereinafter referred to as the Rules).
universities that have been accredited by accreditation bodies, included into the register of recognized accreditation bodies, except for military, special educational institutions, and have an graduate employment rate not lower than the threshold value (85%), according to the groups of educational programs approved by the Order of Akim of East Kazakhstan region (Appendix 1) are allowed to participate in the competition for placing the state educational order for training of personnel with higher and postgraduate education.
To participate in the competition for placing the state educational order for training of personnel with higher education, universities are to submit a competitive application in electronic format, to the office of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region that includes the following documents:
1) a university application in accordance with the established form according to Appendix 1 to these Rules;
2) a university questionnaire in accordance with the established form according to Appendix 2 to these Rules;
3) an information card of a higher education institution in accordance with the established form according to Appendix 3 to the Rules;
4) proposals for placing the state educational order for training of personnel with higher and postgraduate education for the corresponding academic year in the established form, in accordance with Appendix 4 to these Rules.
The documents included in the competitive application are numbered, signed by the first head of the university and certified by a seal and submitted to the office of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region in electronic format.
The competitive application is sent to the local executive agency no later than the hour and date specified in the announcement of the competition. A competitive application received after the deadline for submitting competitive applications, regardless of the reasons for the delay, is not considered. Making any changes to competitive applications after the deadline for their submission is not allowed.
The Commission of the local executive agency considers competitive applications within 5 (five) calendar days from the date of application submission, determines the degree of their compliance with the requirements of the competitive documentation.
