Results of region’s participation in Republican Junior Olympiad in Science and Mathematics

On 22-24 May, 2023, schoolchildren of East Kazakhstan region took part in the Republican Junior Olympiad in Science and Mathematics among the 7th-8th graders in Astana city.

304 juniors from all regions of Kazakhstan competed at the final round of the Olympiad.  

The goal of the Olympiad is to stimulate the interest of school students in depth studying of Science and Mathematics, improving the system for preparing juniors for higher-level Olympiads.

Our region was represented by 12 schoolchildren - the winners of the regional round.

According to the results of the Olympiad, Second Degree Diplomas went to:

    - Gaziz Madi – an 8th grader of Bilim-Innovation East Kazakhstan Regional Specialized Lyceum for Gifted Children (computer science);  

    - Mukashev Daryn - an 8th grader of Bilim-Innovation East Kazakhstan Regional Specialized Lyceum for Gifted Children (biology).  

Third Degree Diplomas went to:

    - Kabdykarim Ali – a 7th grader of Bilim-Innovation East Kazakhstan Regional Specialized Lyceum for Gifted Children (biology);

    - Darynov Amir - an 8th grader of Bilim-Innovation East Kazakhstan Regional Specialized Lyceum for Gifted Children (geography);   

    - Amangeldi Aldiyar – a 7th grader of Bilim-Innovation East Kazakhstan Regional Specialized Lyceum for Gifted Children (computer science).  

The Diploma of Daryn Republican Scientific and Practical Center of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan went to Kudaibergen Temirlan - a 7th grader of Bilim-Innovation East Kazakhstan Regional Specialized Lyceum for Gifted Children (physics).
