Regular meeting of Methodological Council

On May 15, 2023, Shygys Regional Center of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region, according to the annual plan, held a regular online meeting of the Methodological Council.

The meeting of the Council was attended by heads of methodological units, experts of District/City Education Departments, deputy headmasters for educational and methodological affairs of regional educational organizations, representatives of the East Kazakhstan regional branch of Professional Development Institute of Orleu JSC, headmasters of special educational organizations and methodologists of Shygys Regional Center of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region.   

Concerning the issues considered on the agenda of the Council, the head of Preschool and Secondary Education Department of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region B. Zh. Kozybayeva and the head of Learning Content and Education Quality Monitoring Unit of Shygys Regional Center of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region A. Zh. Kantayeva gave explanations on the completion of the 2022-2023 school year and carrying out the final state assessment of schoolchildren of grades 9 (10), 11 in educational organizations of the region.

I. Asanova, the head of Multilingual Education Development Unit of Shygys Regional Center of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region briefed on the implementation of the regional program of Multilingual Education Development for 2022-2024.

The head of Pedagogical Staff Professional Competence Development Unit of Shygys Regional Center of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region A.T. Kenzhebayeva, jointly with the co-speaker - the head of Methodological Unit of Education Department of Glubokoe district S.A. Bagriy reported on the preparation and holding of the competition “Best Organization of Secondary Education-2023”.

E.T. Shaumenova, the head of Educational Management Unit of Shygys Regional Center of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region, reported on the results of evaluating the mentors’ work efficiency.

The co-speakers, the heads of Methodological Units of Education Departments of Katon-Karagai and Kurchum districts L. K. Umutbayev and K. T. Slyamova, acquainted with the state of mentoring work in the districts.

The methodologist of the East Kazakhstan regional branch of Professional Development Institute of Orleu JSC L. V. Egorina briefed on the priority areas in organizing and holding the republican competition “Panorama of Pedagogical Ideas” in 2023, familiarized with the requirements of the rules of the competition and the registration procedure.

The draft recommendations on the issues discussed on the agenda were adopted. The participants received exhaustive answers to their questions from the speakers.
