About taken measures to provide quality preschool education

East Kazakhstan region fully provided children aged 3 to 6 years with preschool education. Now the region faces the task of proving 100% of children from 2 to 3 years of age with preschool education by 2025.

For this purpose, the region has developed a step-by-step plan to open an additional 2,892 new places by 2025, including through the state educational order in private kindergartens.

Over the past 3 years, 16 preschool institutions have been opened, more than 2800 new places have been created.

The region continues the efforts to attract entrepreneurs to open private kindergartens. One of such good deeds is the opening with state support of a private kindergarten Bolashak for 162 children in Gerasimovka village, Ulan district. Young entrepreneur I.U. Tulegenov under the state program purchased an empty building of a former kindergarten and opened a kindergarten meeting safety rules and modern standards. This made it possible to fully cover the waiting list in the village and create 33 new jobs.

To date, 1351 children in 34 preschool organizations are provided with preschool education and training in Ulan district. Moreover, 463 children study in preschool classes. Children aged 3-6 are fully provided with pre-school education.

The district intends to expand the network of preschool organizations to fully provide children aged 2-3 years with pre-school education. The work is underway to open in September this year a full day group for 25 children in a mini-center of Azov Secondary School.

Furthermore, in 2024, it is planned to open a kindergarten for 75 children on the first floor of a new building in Kassym Kaisenov settlement.

Thus, the state and the active business owners are taking effective measures to expand the network of preschool organizations in order to ensure the implementation of the tasks set for 100% provision of children aged 2 to 3 years with pre-school education.
