Young Leadership Reserve School-2023

The final fourth session within the framework of the project “Young Leadership Reserve School” took place on 11-13 May, 2023, according to the annual plan of Shygys Regional Center of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region. It was hosted by School-Center for Additional Education No. 48 and School-Lyceum No. 10 of Education Department of Ust-Kamenogorsk city of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region.   

The lecturers of the course are Chinar T. Mazhinova, headmaster of School-Center of Additional Education No. 48 and Saule T. Nurkanova, headmaster of School-Lyceum No. 10 of Education Department of Ust-Kamenogorsk city of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region.

The project “Young Leadership Reserve School” is developed with the aim of preparing qualified specialists who are ready for leadership in educational organizations of the region. Through lectures and practical exercises, the project participants develop skills in practical management activities, and solidifying the experience of innovative activity. The educational program of the course for the 2022-2023 school year included 96 hours - 4 sessions.

During the 4th session, for three days, the listeners studied the following topics: “Financing Plan of an education organization”, “Drawing up a budget estimate”, “Procedure for providing paid services”, “Procedure for receiving and spending budgetary funds by a budgetary organization in the conditions of treasury budget execution. Appointment of the main expenses of Education Administration by articles and sub-articles of the budget classification”, “Independent financial and economic activities of the organization. Requirements for the organization of accounting in budgetary organizations”, “Budget reporting of organizations. Forms of budget reporting”, “Tarification”, “Taxation of budgetary institutions”, “Public procurement in educational institutions”.

 Following the course, 41 participants received certificates of the “Young Leadership Reserve School”.
