From April, 26 till May 11, 2023, 71 schools will monitor the educational achievements of learners in the form of computer-based comprehensive testing in three areas: reading, mathematical and natural science literacy. The 4th and 8th graders will take part in the work.
Monitoring is focused on assessing the level of functional literacy and the ability to apply the acquired knowledge at school and in life situations.
Officials of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Territorial Departments of Education Quality Committee, Orleu National Center for Professional Development and pedagogical universities were involved as observers during the comprehensive testing.
It should be noting that testing is not a form of state control and does not have any legal consequences either for the learner or for educational organizations.
We wish good luck to all participants!
