Third session of Young Leadership School Reserve-2023

On 20-22 April, 2023, the third session “Legal management base. Fundamentals of legal interactions and HR service” took place according to the annual plan of Shygys Regional Center of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region, as part of the project “Young Leadership School Reserve”. The lectures of the course were delivered by Raushan A. Mukhtarkhanova, headmaster of Secondary School No. 47 of Education Department of Ust-Kamenogorsk city of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region and Markhabbat K. Karibayeva, headmaster of Belousovka Secondary School No. 1 of Education Department of Glubokoe district of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region.  

The goal of the Reserve School is to train qualified specialists who are ready for leadership work in educational organizations of the region.

The course program included a theoretical and practical parts.

In the theoretical part, the lecturers briefed the participants on the legal documents, state educational standards, the orders of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan and constituent documents of educational organizations.

In the practical part, the participants did their homework, drew up a strategic plan for the school development, sorted out labor disputes, and after completing the course, presented and defended a project on legal acts.

The participants of the Reserve School once again received the necessary and useful information for further work.

The final session of Young Leadership School Reserve will be held in May this year.
