Press release of functioning of security systems in educational organizations based on Operational Control Center

On April 12, 2023, Police Department of East Kazakhstan region, located on 89 Shakarim Ave., held a meeting with Deputy Head of Operational Control Center of Police Department of Ust-Kamenogorsk city, Police Major Rauan E. Nursapanov concerning functioning of security systems in educational organizations.  

The beginning of the 21st century is faced with a new, enormous and inhuman threat to society, life and health of people. This threat is terrorism, which has become one of the most dangerous criminal acts.

Kazakhstan has taken all measures to ensure the safety of children. Regulatory documents in the field of anti-terrorist security have been developed, kindergartens, schools, colleges and universities are provided with protective equipment: video surveillance systems, turnstiles are installed, special security organizations provide security, provided with alarm buttons for emergency calls to special response services.

Today, video surveillance cameras are installed everywhere in educational organizations, and this is done for the safety of our children. These video cameras are linked with the Operational Control Center of Regional Police Department and the duty units of Police Departments of in districts.
