Teaching excellence

Teaching is a unique profession. At all times, being a teacher is among the most important and most difficult professions. Aisulu K. Zaripova, a teacher of Ulken Naryn Rural Lyceum of Katon-Karagai district is one of them.

She has a deep system of knowledge in her subject. All her lessons are held at a high methodological level. Year by year, improving the forms of her lessons, she increases the learners’ interest through business games, discussions, quests, research lessons, project lessons and etc.

She is a creative person, making the teaching process interesting and desirable for children. The teacher respects the opinion of learners, that is why they are not afraid of making mistakes, they have the right to doubt, to their own discoveries, to the researches they happily conduct together with the teacher. She is a teacher who respects the opinion of the learner, she knows how to listen and hear. The lessons of literature are the lessons of life. Here, young minds argue, reason, play theatrical fragments and leave the lessons, thinking about honesty, justice, kindness. The learners of A.K. Zaripova are among the winners of expressive reading contests, essays, tournaments, competitions in the Russian language and literature.

The profession of a teacher requires constant self-improvement and self-education. An example of self-development is her author's program “Development of reading literacy: preparation for SNT and PISA”.

Aisulu Kabduluakhanovna regularly participates in professional competitions, in particular, she took part in the Teacher of the Year competition and won in the “Teacher-Innovator” nomination.

In 2022, she won in the regional round of the republican competition “Panorama of Pedagogical Ideas”. For the competition, she presented a video lecture “Self-assessment as a component of a modern lesson.”

Her name is mentioned in the International Encyclopedia “Best in Education”.
