Nauryz - the holiday of spring renewal

Nauryz symbolizes fertility, friendship and love. On this day, people put on beautiful clothes, visit their relatives and friends, and extend good wishes to everyone.

A wonderful holiday of meeting spring took place on the Central Square of the regional center, on March 22. There was a whole village with festively decorated yurts.

One of the notable yurts was the Atamura yurt of Regional Education Administration, designed in the best traditions of the Kazakh people. Next to the yurt, the musical groups of College of Arts named after the Abdullin Brothers and Abai East Kazakhstan Humanitarian College organized a concert, national games on the playgrounds for children.

The guests of the holiday took part in the national Kazakh ritual “Betashar”. The festive atmosphere will remain in the memory of the residents of our city for a long time.
