THE DUAL SYSTEM OF LEARNING HAS A SIGNIFICANT IMPACT ON THE QUALITY OF STAFF TRAINING

Dual training is about the interaction of educational organizations with employers for the successful professional and social adaptation of a future specialist, which solves two problems at the same time – it unites both theoretical and practical training in the educational process.

Currently, Education Administration, jointly with the Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the region, in 28 colleges of the region with 2900 students taught in 49 specialties, trains personnel using a dual training system in partnership with such leading enterprises as Kazzinc LLP, Ust-Kamenogorsk TPP LLP, Bakyrchik Mining Enterprise LLP, SMU-Shygys LLP, Ridder Forestry, Vostoktsvetmet LLP, etc.

The number of social partners of colleges is increasing every year, so that, 249 enterprises are involved out of 976 ones using dual education.

During the dual training, students get the theoretical foundations in college, and acquire practical skills already at the workplace, that is, in a certain organization, solving real problems. Due to the increasing role of practical training, future specialists master production skills already at the training stage.

During internship, students get acquainted with the mode of operation, conditions and economic opportunities of the enterprise. Employers already at this stage see students’ abilities and skills, they train personnel on request, ensuring their maximum compliance with all their requirements, saving on recruiting, retraining and adapting them, and there is also the opportunity to choose the best students, because during three years they show up all their strengths and weaknesses.

Thus, there is an opportunity to unite the interests of business, the young person and the state - a completely new level of tripartite partnership, which affects the increase in the efficiency of training to meet the specific needs of the employer.

The efforts to attract social partners in the dual education system is underway on an ongoing basis, and directly affects the increase in the number of highly qualified specialists, which will undoubtedly affect the growth of the economy not only in the region, but also in the country as a whole.
