Results of the meeting of Sana M. Anarkulova – a Kazakh volleyball player, a player of the national team of Kazakhstan and Altai VC, a master of sports of international class with the members of the School Volleyball League

On March 15, 2023, in Ust-Kamenogorsk city, the Station of Young Technicians hosted a meeting of Sana M. Anarkulova – a Kazakh volleyball player, a player of the national team of Kazakhstan and Altai VC, a master of sports of international class, a bronze medalist of the Asian Games, Champion of Asia as part of the Altai team with participants of the School Volleyball League.

The goal of the meeting is to develop mass youth sports; forming a healthy lifestyle; inspiring young athletes to succeed, following the example of the master of sports.

The School League is one of the most representative and significant competitions for schoolchildren in Kazakhstan. This school year, more than 1,000 school students are taking part in the Regional National School League competitions. The meeting was attended by the 5th-11th graders of schools of the region – the members of the National School Volleyball League.

Sana Maksutovna told the children about how she was able to achieve such high results in sports: “First of all, discipline, self-education, self-confidence, patience and the ability to overcome difficulties are among priorities.” The meeting addressed the issues of youth sports development in East Kazakhstan region, the prospects for volleyball development in the region, the role of physical education and sports in educating the younger generation. Sana Maksutovna, using her own example, spoke about what sport means in her life.

Following the meeting, the members of the team of Akhmet Baitursynuly Secondary School of Glubokoe district, the winners of the regional round of the National School League among grades 7-8, asked the athlete for her autograph to sign a volleyball so that it would become a symbol of their good luck.
