Regional training seminar “Methodological consulting as a way of improving teachers’ professional skills”

On March 12, 2020, according to the plan of Shygys Regional Center of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan Region, Regional Training Seminar “Methodological Consulting as a Way of Improving Teachers’ Professional Skills” took place on the basis of Belousov Secondary School No.1” of Gluboky district of EKR.

The purpose of the seminar: to increase the competence of managers, to improve the professional skills of teachers of secondary schools.

The seminar was attended by 50 principals of secondary schools of the region.

The participants of the seminar were welcomed by Isayev Arkady Anatolyevich, Deputy Director of Shygys RC EA of East Kazakhstan region, Elena Starenkova, Deputy Akim of Gluboky district and Kabidullakyzy Zhanar, Head of the Public Association of Gluboky district.

Within the framework of the seminar, 4 sessions were organized on the following topics:

“Project-network model as a modern way of effective management”, “Project is an integrative means of personality-oriented development of teachers’ and learners’ competencies”, “Inclusive education: problems and prospects”, “Social projects as an instrument of educational work at school”.

The hosts of the sessions presented their experience, the latest development of teaching materials and, as a result, the design and network model of the work of the whole school community of Belousov Secondary School No. 1”.

The effectiveness of the activities of teachers, learners, the school administration in the research, publishing experience of teachers, working with the Olympic Reserve, and the achievements of young teachers were of particular concern.

In conclusion, Karibayeva Markhabbat Kamelkhanovna, the principal of Belousov Secondary School No. 1 held a workshop “Innovative model of an effective school” for the participants of the seminar.

Innovative models of participants, suggestions on the effectiveness of educational management from the organizers and hosts of the seminar once again confirm that cooperation, creativity, common goals, new ideas are the basis of a promising model for organizing school work.

Following the seminar, the participants exchanged views on the discussion platform and summarized.
