Regional competition “Best Lesson from Victory”

On March 12, 2020, Shygys Regional Center of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region, within the framework of implementing the regional action plan, dedicated to the celebration of the 75th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War, held the regional competition “Best Lesson from Victory”.

The purpose of the Competition is to preserve the historical memory of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War, the Kazakhstan’s contribution to the Victory of the Soviet people against the fascist invaders, to increase historical literacy and patriotic education of school students.

The regional competition “Best Lesson from Victory” aims at:

- developing creative activities and increasing professional skills of teachers;

- identifying talented teachers and their support, promotion and implementation of the best educational and methodological developments in the educational process;

- improving the creative activities of teachers to develop and strengthen the patriotic education.

The competition commission reviewed the work of 34 teachers of educational institutions of cities and districts of the region. Teachers presented the individual methodological development of lessons and extracurricular activities for learners, dedicated to the 75th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War.

By the decision of the Competition Commission, the winners of the competition are:

I place – Raistanova Perizat Karimkhanovna, Secondary School No.16 of Semey city;

II place - Imasheva Nazym Oralkhanovna, A. Ostrovsky Secondary School No.1 of Shemonaikha district;

II place - Arzamasova I.B., School-Lyceum of Zhezkent settlement of Borodulikha district;

III place - Suvorova Galina Viktorovna, Secondary School No.2 of Kurchatov town;

III place - Ayazbayeva Sandugash Kabiydollayevna, V. Mayakovsky Secondary School of Zharma district;

III place - Volova Lyudmila Vasiliyevna, Secondary school No. 6 of Altai town of Altai district.

The collection of teaching manuals following the results of the regional contest “Best Lesson from Victory” will be posted on the educational portal of East Kazakhstan Regional Education Administration.
