The topic of the meeting: “Forming professional skills and self-realization of students as part of Zhas Maman Project. During the meeting, the directors of the colleges got acquainted with the activities of the Competence Center, as well as with the equipment of the workshops.

The head of Ridder College S.A. Askarov shared his experience in creating conditions for the formation of a competitive personality of a student.

It’s worth noting that the employer - the head of Hydrometallurgical Shop of Kazzinc LLP K.S. Dontsov also participated in the meeting, who spoke about the importance of social partnership for the training of qualified personnel.

Deputy directors focused on the need for diversified development and education of students. Moreover, the meeting addressed topical issues on the TVE system raised by the Deputy Head of Education Administration A.A. Akylbek.  

New in format and unusual of the meeting was that the volunteers of Ridder College conducted the training for the participant of the meeting. College leaders tried their hand and knowledge at solving various situational problems.

The Board of Directors was fruitful, the leaders were able to exchange their views and discuss issues related to the training of best specialists.
