Regional Workshop “Organizing educational work in a modern school”

On December 23, 2022, Shygys Regional Center of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region held a regional workshop called “Organizing educational work in a modern school” for deputy headmasters for educational affairs.  

The goal of the workshop is to summarize the experience of M. Auezov Secondary School No. 17 of Education Department of Ust-Kamenogorsk city of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region, to provide methodological assistance to deputy headmasters for educational affairs of educational institutions of Altai and Samar districts.

During the event, the following speakers-teachers of M. Auezov Secondary School No. 17 of Ust-Kamenogorsk city shared their experience:

Gulmira F. Abdrakhmanova, deputy headmaster for educational affairs of the school in the blocks “Regulatory and legal support of the educational process at school”, “Local acts regulating the activities of deputy headmasters for educational affairs of the school”, “Planning of educational work in a modern school”, “Monitoring of quality and efficiency of the educational work of the school”;

Ruslan J. Israilov, a senior counselor of the school on the topic “Establishing the School Parliament”;  

Alena V. Gabitova, an English teacher “On implementing the Reading School Project in the primary level of a comprehensive school”;

Lyudmila M. Shelepova, deputy headmaster for educational affairs of the school, a teacher of the Russian language and literature, held a master class on “Thematic approach while implementing the Reading School Project”.

During feedback, the participants noted the relevance and significance of the event, thanked the organizers, and also expressed their views on the need to improve the skills of deputy headmaster for educational affairs and to provide them with methodological support.
