Results of organization and holding New Year Festivals for children on behalf of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan in East Kazakhstan region and Akim of the region

New Year is a holiday that all children are looking forward to. It has become a good tradition on New Year's Eve to organize a holiday for children with making gifts. As part of the Year of Children, on December 25, 2022, a New Year festival was held at Ertis Concert Centre on behalf of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as a New Year festival on behalf of Akim of East Kazakhstan region “Kosh keldin, Zhana zhyl - zhana beles, zhana arman!”.

This year, participants of the events were 450 children of the region aged 9 to 13 from among orphans left without parental care, children from low-income and large families, children with special educational needs, as well as gifted children with high school achievements, in sports, in creativity or in social life.

The young participants of the New Year Festival had a trip to the world of New Year's miracles and magic, where children met with national heroes of famous animated films and folk tales, had tests and completed tasks to gain new knowledge and skills.  

Compatriots made video congratulations “Shattanaiyk balalar”, they congratulated the young participants of the New Year Festival on the holiday, shared their successes and achievements. These congratulations were the creative examples and became an additional incentive for successful studies and new achievements.  

First Deputy Akim of the region Almaskhan B. Smatlayev congratulated the children of the New Year Festival highlighting that the key mission of the state is to take care of the well-being of every young person of Kazakhstan, wished the children a New Year's mood and good school progress.

Productive and meaningful content of the festive program included the game on the stations “New Year's miracles”.

The symbol of 2023 - the Hare, fairy-tale characters and animators held interactive games and master classes for the children: “New Year's flights to dreams”, “New Year's eco-fantasies”, “New Year's VR trips”, “New Year's TIK-TOK”, enabling to discover creative abilities of children, uniting them in hobby groups.

Following the quest, the children received sweets. On behalf of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 200 children received a postcard, a book, a cash certificate worth KZT150,000, and sweets. On behalf of Akim of East Kazakhstan region, 250 children received a cash certificate worth KZT150,000 and sweets.
