The results of the regional competition “Mangilik el - bolashakka umtylgan el”, dedicated to the Year of Children

On December 15, 2022, according to the action plan of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region, Daryn Scientific and Methodological Center for Gifted and Additional Education Development held a regional competition “Mangilik el-bolashakka umtylgan el”, dedicated to the Year of Children for 8th-10th graders.

The goal of the competition is to educate a new generation of socially active members of society with a high level of development of national identity, national spirit, spirit of patriotism, historical consciousness and social memory.

East Kazakhstan School of Arts named after the People's Artists the Abdullins Brothers hosted the competition. It included 2 rounds.

During the first round, each participant took tests on the History of Kazakhstan, the team captains wrote an essay on the topic “Independence is above all.”

In the second round, the teams presented a theatrical performance based on the works of Kazakh and foreign literature. The qualified jury consisting of scientists from leading universities, representatives of executive authorities, scientific and creative intelligentsia, and public figures evaluated the participants.  

According to the jury, all teams showed their high preparation for the Competition.

In the team events, the winners are:

Grand Prix went to the team of the Regional Specialized Boarding School-Lyceum for Gifted Children.  

I place went to the team of Altai district.

II place was shared by the teams:

- Zhambyl Regional Specialized Boarding School for Gifted Children;

- Regional Specialized School-Lyceum for Gifted Children in Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science.

III place went to the teams:

- BILIM-INNOVATION Specialized Lyceum for Gifted Children of Ust-Kamenogorsk city;

- Ust-Kamenogorsk city;

- Samar district.

The winning teams were awarded diplomas and money certificates.
