Master Class “Multimedia presentations as an effective way to present teachers’ experience”

Currently, multimedia technologies are a widely developing area of new information technologies in the educational process. Multimedia technologies enrich the learning process and make learning more efficient. The use of modern information technologies in education has a great impact on the methodological development of teachers, improving teachers’ professional competence.

On December 7, 2022, Shygys Regional Center of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region, according to the annual plan, held a master class with teachers of History of secondary schools of the region on the topic “Multimedia presentations as an effective way to present teachers’ experience”.

The event was attended by teachers of History of educational institutions of the region and specialized educational institutions, involving 43 teachers.

The goal of the workshop is to popularize and provide methodological support of effective methods for developing the use of additional game materials, test tasks, didactic materials of a creative nature, audiovisual means (graphics, audio, video materials), presentations, differentiated educational tasks to increase the cognitive motivation of learners.

The speakers of the event were the experts from Bilimland:

Gulzhan T. Karimova, a methodologist of the company, on the topic “The importance of digital resources in teaching the education quality”;

Perizat T. Nuroldinova, head of the company's content department, on the topic “Zifrlyk resurstardyn bilim sapasyn zhaksartudagy manyzdylygy”.

Kakaulina, a teacher of History, a master teacher of Kamyshinka Complex General Education Secondary School-Kindergarten of Education Department of Shemonaikha district of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region “Applying multimedia presentation in classes of social subjects”;

Irina D. Berezovikova, Shynar K. Mukanova, teachers of History of Menovnoe Secondary School of Education Department of Ust-Kamenogorsk city of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region “Shaping leading competencies of learners in History classes as part of the education process digitalization”;

Diana Arystanbek, a teacher of History, a teacher-researcher of Zaki Akhmetov Secondary School No. 16 of Education Department of Ust-Kamenogorsk city of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region “Tarikh sabagynda zifrlyk platformalardy paidalanu tiimdiligi”;

Maksat N. Algali, a teacher of History of S. Amanzholov Secondary School of Education Department of Ulan district of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region “AKT bagdarlamalaryn sabakta tiimdi paidalanu”;

Bakytkul E. Kabdrakhmanova, a teacher of History, a teacher-researcher of Yu.A. Gagarin Kurchum Secondary School No. 1 of Education Department of Kurchum district of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region “Multimediyalyk tekhnologiyalar komegimen tarikh pani boiynsha okushylardyn tanymdyk belsendіlіkterіn arttyru”.

The speakers provided methodological support, showing efficient methods and practical ways to develop skills in multimedia technologies. The participants noted the relevance and practical significance of the topic of the workshop and gave feedback.
