RESULTS of the IV Republican Dilmar Oratorical Skill Competition

On November 29, 2022, the winner of the regional round, a 9th grader of K. Kaissenov Secondary School of Ulan district Erbolat Elbakyt represented East Kazakhstan region at the IV Republican Dilmar Oratorical Skill Competition among educational institutions.

The goal of the competition: through public speaking to master the specifics of verbal art and the conditions for systematic word formation, perfecting the skills of systematic speech and mastery of speech; evaluating the value of the word, recognizing the historical, cultural and national identity, giving ethno-cultural education, thereby forming a new level of use of the national language in accordance with the norms of the literary language.

Following the results of the competition, a special prize named after Syrym Chechen and a cash gift certificate were awarded for a special performance. (KZT 20,000).
