Roundtable “Modern young teacher with a positive and creative way of thinking”

The topical issue of today is to prepare specialists with a high level of professionalism, as well as to support young experts in any industry.

On November 23, 2022, Shygys Regional Center of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region held a Roundtable “Modern young teacher with a positive and creative way of thinking”, for young teachers of secondary schools of the region with the Kazakh and Russian languages of instruction. It is held as part of the annual plan to render the methodological assistance.

Addressing the Roundtable on the topic “Bilikti zhas maman–zharkyn bolashaktyn kepili”, an English teacher of Markakol Secondary School No. 1 of Education Department of Kurchum district Ayauzhan B. Baizhumanova briefed on the methods, techniques and results of working on learning platforms used in the classroom, shared her work experience, carried out practical work with young teachers.

A teacher of M. Auezov Secondary School No. 17 of Education Department of Ust-Kamenogorsk Ruslan J. Israilov made a presentation on the topic “Using SKRUM technology to create a well-coordinated and responsible team in the work of new entrants into the teaching profession” and spoke about the operating efficiency in group cooperation when conducting project research with learners.

During the presentation, the speaker conducted practical work with the participants of the event to create a project. He offered them a project topic for the defense. Groups of participants defended their projects using SKRUM technology. During the Roundtable, young teachers shared their impressions, outlining the methods and techniques they use in their practice, as well as describing how to use them effectively at the stages of the lesson, talked about the difficulties in achieving results, and discussed ways to solve them.

During the feedback, the participants asked the speakers questions on the topics of the Roundtable and the issues of concern of young teachers, expressed gratitude to the speakers and organizers, noting that they got acquainted with the types of work that contribute to achieving a positive result while working with children.
