Results of the 2nd Republican Competition of Professional Engineering Skills among lecturers of technical and vocational, post-secondary education institutions

Today, on November 11, 2022, the 2nd Republican Competition of Professional Engineering Skills among lecturers of technical and vocational, post-secondary education institutions completed in Ust-Kamenogorsk city.  

The Competition was held by Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region, Vocational Education Center of East Kazakhstan region on the basis of Ust-Kamenogorsk Higher Polytechnic College. 14 lecturers of special disciplines and masters of industrial training of TVE institutions took part in the 2nd round of the Competition: Karaganda Engineering College, College of Innovative Technologies of A. Saginov Karaganda Technical University, Polytechnic College of Kazakhmys Corporation, Pavlodar Engineering College, K. Pshenbayev Ekibastuz Mining and Technical College, Higher College of Nonferrous Metallurgy, Higher Technical College (Kokshetau city), Higher Technical College (Schuchinsk city), Atyrau Industrial College, Atyrau College of Energy and Construction, Taldykorgan Higher Polytechnic College, Ust-Kamenogorsk Higher Polytechnic College.  

Round 2 of the Competition included 3 modules: “Demonstration of elements of practical training”; “I am a SMART engineer”; “Solution of the situational problem of resuscitation of the Gosh model to determine the level of training in labor protection and safety”. The jury determined the final indicators of the completed competitive tasks in accordance with the developed assessment criteria approved by the Organizing Committee of the Competition.

According to the results of the consolidated protocol, the Grand Prix winners, prize-winners (1st, 2nd and 3rd places) and the winners of the nominations of the Republican Competition of Professional Engineering Skills among lecturers of technical and vocational, post-secondary education institutions are:

Grand Prix - Margarita G. Dudnik, Karaganda Engineering College;

I place - Nursultan K. Baidildin, Pavlodar Engineering College;

II place - Bauyrzhan B. Isayev, K. Pshenbayev Ekibastuz Mining and Technical College;

III place - Ruslan V. Sapinov, Pavlodar Engineering College.

It should be noted that during the Competition, there was an excursion around the Competence Center of Ust-Kamenogorsk Higher Polytechnic College, equipped with modern technology and training equipment according to Worldskills international standards as part of the Zhas Maman Project.

The winners, prize-winners, as well as the winners of the nominations of the Competition will be awarded Diplomas of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

All participants of the Competition were awarded Certificates and souvenirs. We thank all participants for their interest in the Competition, and wish the winners and prize-winners further success in their professional activities!
