Regional Competition “Best Rural Teacher-2022” among teachers of small schools of East Kazakhstan region
On November 3, 2022, Shygys Regional Center of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region held the competition “Best Rural Teacher-2022”, as part of the Ulttyk Rukhani Zhangyru Program.
The goal is to identify, encourage and support creative teachers of integrated classes of small schools of the region, disseminate advanced pedagogical experience, improve the teaching quality in small schools of East Kazakhstan region.
The competition was attended by 10 teachers of small schools from Altai, Samar, Glubokoe, Zaisan, Katon-Karagai, Kurchum, Ulan, Tarbagatai, Shemonaikha districts and Ust-Kamenogorsk city.
In the 1st task of the competition “I’m a successful teacher”, the participants presented their achievements, in the 2nd task they demonstrated video lessons in the integrated class “Best lesson in a small school”.
By the decision of the Competition Commission, the winners of the Competition are:
I place - Gulchat Ch. Mustafina, a teacher of Physics of Zhanaaul Basic Secondary School of Education Department of Kurchum district of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region;
II place - Ainash K. Kasainova, a teacher of Mathematics and Computer Science of Balgyn Basic Secondary School of Education Department of Katon-Karagai district of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region;
II place - Zhanat O. Musabalinova, a teacher of History of Andrey Sumin Secondary School of Education Department of Altai district of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region;
III place - Almira K. Suleimenova, a teacher of the Russian language and Literature of Kamenka Secondary School of Education Department of Ulan district of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region;
III place - Zhuldyz S. Omarkhanova, a teacher of the Kazakh language and Literature of Mirolyubovka Secondary School of Education Department of Samar district of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region;
III place – Nazym E. Tabysbayeva, a teacher of Biology and Geography of Sarzhyra Small Basic Secondary School of Education Department of Zaisan district of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region.

Teacher-innovator - Ruslan E. Zhaksylykov, a teacher of Mathematics of Maloubinka Secondary School of Education Department of Glubokoe district of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region;
Professional teacher - Aiym A. Suleimenova, an English teacher of S. Seifullin Zhanalyk Secondary School of Education Department of Tarbagatai district of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region;
Creative teacher - Gulmira Z. Akhmetuldinova, a teacher of Biology of Novo-Ilyinskaya Basic Secondary School of Education Department of Shemonaikha district of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region;
Qualified teacher - Nazgul K. Zhakupbekova, a teacher of the Russian language and Literature of schools with the non-Russian language of instruction of Novo-Troitskaya Secondary School of Education Department of Ust-Kamenogorsk city of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region.
The winners were awarded Diplomas and Certificates. The best materials of the participants of the competition will be included in the collection “Best Rural Teacher-2022”.
