Regional training workshop “On the algorithm of teachers’ actions of educational institutions to prevent and respond to violence against children”

On November 2, 2022, Shygys Regional Center of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region held a regional training workshop called “On the algorithm of teachers’ actions of educational institutions to prevent and respond to violence against children” for deputy headmasters for educational affairs and educational psychologists. It took place on the basis of Secondary School No. 9 of Education Department of Ust-Kamenogorsk city of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region, as part of the events of the autumn school break.

The speakers of the training workshop:

Ardak K. Kubentayeva, a methodologist-psychologist of Shygys Regional Center of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region, introduced the participants to the Order No. 64-n dated December 28, 2021 “On the algorithm of teachers’ actions of educational institutions to prevent and respond to violence against children”, approved by the Chair of the Committee for Protection of Children's Rights of the Ministry Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

Zhadyra Zh. Akhtanova, a teacher-psychologist of Secondary School No. 47 of Education Department of Ust-Kamenogorsk city of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region, presented a training “Balalarga katysty zorlyk-zombylyktyn aldyn alu zhane ogan den koyu boiynsha bilim beru uiymdary kyzmetkerlerinіn іs-kimyl algoritmy”;  

Olga S. Parfenova, a teacher-psychologist of School-Lyceum of Altai town of Education Department of Altai district of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region, presented a training “Actions of teachers of educational institutions to prevent and respond to violence against children.”

In all, 30 teachers of educational institutions of the region took part in the event and received methodological recommendations. All participants received certificates.
