Regional round of the Republican Competition “Best Teacher Award- 2022”

On October 31, 2022, Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region held the annual traditional regional round of the Republican Competition “Best Teacher Award”.

Throughout the years, the Competition “Best Teacher Award” remains not only a review of the personal achievements of the teacher, but also a review of the achievements of the regional educational system, including the achievements of cities and districts of the region.

The main goals and objectives of the Competition are to enhance the status of a teacher as well as to boost creative teachers with high achievements in their professional activities, to search for non-standard pedagogical ideas and discoveries enabling to expand opportunities in children’s upbringing and education.

The Competition was attended by 23 teachers – the winners from cities and districts of the region and regional educational institutions.

Following the results, the Competitive Commission named the winners of the regional round of the Republican Competition:

1) Roza S. Cheketayeva, a teacher of History of K. Nurgaliyev School-lyceum No. 43 of Education Department of Ust-Kamenogorsk city of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region;  

2) Byrzhan B. Auezov, a teacher of Mathematics of BILIM-INNOVATION East Kazakhstan Regional Specialized Lyceum for Gifted Children of Ust-Kamenogorsk city of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region;  

3) Tolkyn A. Zhanakhmetova, a teacher of Kazakh language and Literature of Regional Specialized School-Lyceum for Children Gifted in Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region;  

4) Almira Sh. Nursoltanova, a teacher of Kazakh language and Literature of School - Lyceum No. 1 of Education Department of Ridder town of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region;

5) Zhanar Sh. Orazbayeva, a teacher of Computer Science of Regional Specialized Boarding School-Lyceum-Boarding School for Gifted Children of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region;

6) Zhanar K. Boranbayeva, a teacher of Biology of Akhmet Baitursynov Secondary School No. 20 of Education Department of city Ust-Kamenogorsk of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region;  

7) Gulnaz B. Zheksembinova, a teacher of Geography of Bozanbai Secondary School of Education Department of Ulan district of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region;

8) Akmaral B. Zhumagulova, a teacher of Biology of Secondary School No. 6 of Education Department of Ust-Kamenogorsk city of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region;  

9) Zhadyra Bolatkyzy, a primary school teacher of Secondary Specialized School No. 45 of Education Department of Ust-Kamenogorsk city of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region.

The winners: R.S. Cheketayeva, B.B. Auezov, T.A. Zhanakhmetova, A.Sh. Nursoltanova, Zh.Sh. Orazbayeva, Zh.K. Boranbayeva, G.B. Zheksembinova, A.B. Zhumagulova, Zh. Bolatkyzy will take part in the Republican Competition.
