PRESS ANNOUNCEMENT of Regional Forum for Young Teachers of Secondary Schools of East Kazakhstan region “Zhas ustaz: tabyska aparar zhol”

A young teacher at school is an advanced idea, innovation, originality, uniqueness, progressiveness in education.

The School for Young Teachers is the most important cycle of education management, a system that creates conditions for the professional and personal growth of a young teacher.

On November 4, 2022, Shygys Regional Center of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region, jointly with a branch of Teaching Excellence Center of Ust-Kamenogorsk city and Nazarbayev Intellectual School of Chemistry and Biology of Ust-Kamenogorsk city, is conducting a Regional Forum for Young Teachers called “Zhas ustaz: tabyska aparar zhol”. It is held in order to provide methodological assistance, to promote the development of practical skills necessary for teaching, mastering and introducing modern approaches to the educational process, in order to attract the intellectual potential of young teachers.

During the event, the trainers of the branch of Teaching Excellence Center of Ust-Kamenogorsk city, teachers, educational psychologists of Nazarbayev Intellectual School of Chemistry and Biology of Ust-Kamenogorsk city will conduct trainings for young teachers “We are one team”, “Emotional culture”.

As part of the Regional Forum for Young Teachers, a video about the 1st Republican Forum will be demonstrated, where young teachers who participated as delegates from East Kazakhstan region at the Republican Forum will share their experience.

Specially invited speakers who have achieved great success in their profession and contribute to the development of the country - Olympic Champion Olga S. Rypakova, businessman Mukhtar S. Toybazarov, headmaster of the school Aralbek Berikuly, will share the secrets of their success in order to motivate participants and develop their initiatives.

In the methodological part of the Forum at thematic areas, the trainers of the branch of Teaching Excellence Center of Ust-Kamenogorsk city and teachers of Nazarbayev Intellectual School of Chemistry and Biology of Ust-Kamenogorsk city will talk about the methods and techniques of functional literacy, designing lessons, the Insight laboratory, and the effective use of ICT in teaching.

A fascinating and important part of this event is the master classes of our young teachers on the topics “Teacher and student: conflict-free communication”, “Using active methods in teaching”, “Sound and vision adisі arkyly okushylardyn soileu dagdysyn damytu”, “Cross sense as an active teaching method”, “ICT apps and life hacks of the trend lesson”, “Using mobile apps to develop oral computing skills”.

Following the event, the trainers of the branch of Teaching Excellence Center will organize a pedagogical battle on the topic “Zertteudi zertteuge bolmaidy”.

130 young teachers of the region will take part in the event.
