PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT COURSES FOR MANAGERS OF ORGANIZATIONS OF TECHNICAL AND PROFESSIONAL, POST-SECONDARY EDUCATION

On 3-14 October, 2022, Talap NJSC, on the basis of Ust-Kamenogorsk Service College is holding advanced training courses on the educational program “Management in Education” for heads of organizations of technical and professional, post-secondary education according to international requirements.

The goal of the program is to develop the leadership and managerial competencies for the effective development of the activities of TVPE organizations.

During the training courses, the leaders of the organizations learn how to solve specific professional tasks, plan and define strategic and current goals, implement project management, work in a team, implement creative ideas and defend the results of their work in accordance with the requirements of the current regulatory legal documents.
