Regional Pedagogical Reading “Akhmet Baitursynov – the Great Son of the Kazakh Steppe”
On October 5, 2022, Shygys Regional Center of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region held Regional Pedagogical Reading “Akhmet Baitursynov - the Great Son of the Kazakh Steppe”, as part of the nationwide plan for preparing and holding the events, dedicated to the 150th anniversary of Poet, Scientist, Turkologist, Translator, Teacher, Publicist, Public Figure, Founder of National Culture Akhmet Baitursynov.
The goal of Pedagogical Reading is to popularize the heritage of the son of the Kazakh people - Akhmet Baitursynov among the population and young people, to acquaint the younger generation with the stages of life of the teacher of the Nation, closely connected with the history of our region.
Acting Head of Education Administration Alima Akylbek welcomed the participants of the Pedagogical Reading.
The following speakers of the plenary part of the event shared their research experience of the poet's work and presented examples:
Aiman S. Aktanova, Head of the Laboratory of Y.Altynsarin National Academy of Education of Astana city, Candidate of Philological Sciences, “Ahmet Baitursynuly tagylymy;
Kymbat B. Slyambekov, a researcher of A. Baitursynov Linguistics Institute, Almaty city, “Akhmet Baitursynuly - alemdik tulga: gylymi-tanymdyk tanystyrylym”;
Abai S. Shuiynshali, PhD of the Institute of Philology of Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University, a member of the Union of Journalists of the Republic of Kazakhstan, “Akhmet Baitursynulynyn gylymy-adіstemelik muralary”;
Akmaral M. Nurbekova, a teacher of Kazakh language and literature of Zharkent Higher Humanitarian and Technical College of Zhetysu region, a part-time trainer of Talap JSC, the holder of the title “Best Teacher Award – 2021” of Almaty region, a teacher-master, “Bastauysh synyp mugalimіn dayarlaudagy A. Baitursynuly adіstemesіnіn ozektіlіgі;
Aigul K. Seilkhan, Associate Professor of the branch of East Kazakhstan region of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Candidate of Philological Sciences, “Alash arysy Akhmet Baitursynuly kyzmetindegi halyk uni”.
The speakers (heads of Education Departments, methodologists, classroom teachers and subject teachers of general secondary education institutions, heads of Education Administrations of Abai, Aktobe, Zhambyl, Akmola, East Kazakhstan regions, Shymkent, Almaty, Astana cities) presented the results of their own researches of the poet's pedagogical ideas, shared their thoughts on the valuable works of the scientist in the following sections of Pedagogical Reading:
“Balalar, bul zhol basy danalykka”;
“Til - adamnyn zhumsaityn karuynyn biri”;
“Kaldyrgan izin mangilik...”
Letters of thanks were presented to the speakers of the plenary part of the Pedagogical Reading, who presented their opinions, researches related to the works of the scientist. The speakers of the sections, who shared their experience, were awarded Certificates.
The electronic collection of Pedagogical Reading “Akhmet Baitursynuly - Kazakh dalasynyn dara uly” will be posted on the educational portal of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region.
