YBYRAI MEKTEBI Progressive Rural School opened in Kazakhstan

On September 22, 2022, a pilot model of seamless learning “Ybyrai mektebi” was launched in the ungraded school of School-Nursery-Kindergarten Complex in Kulynzhon settlemnent of Samar district, East Kazakhstan region.

This event was attended by Aidyn Zh. Rakhimbayev - a graduate and sponsor of Ybyrai Mektebi Project of Kulynzhon School, Shareholder and CEO of BI-Group Holding, Aliya I. Chokusheva - Vice President of Y. Altynsarin National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Gulmira S. Jakupova - Acting Director of Shygys Regional Center of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region, Rajan K. Seitkanov - Akim of Samar district, officials of Education Department of Samar district.

Ybyrai Mektebi Project was initiated by Aidyn Rakhimbayev, a graduate of Kulynzhon School, and is being implemented due to the funds of Aidyn & Anar Rakhimbayev Foundation.

Director of School-Nursery-Kindergarten Complex Aralbek Berikovich presented Ybyrai Mektebi Concept.

The settlement school was reconstructed, overhauled and a new community center was built there, which has all the modern equipment needed. Now it is the single large complex, which includes a nursery-kindergarten for children of 1-5 years of age, an elementary school, middle and high school, as well as a community center for all residents of the settlement. This model includes a continuous learning process, a less stressful transition of children from kindergarten to primary school and further, a unified approach to learning.
