I Meeting of Leaders and Methodologists of Kindergartens of East Kazakhstan region “Updated preschool education: experience and prospects”

On September 14, 2022, according to the annual plan, Shygys Regional Center of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region held the Ist Meeting of Leaders and Methodologists of Kindergartens of East Kazakhstan region called “Updated preschool education: experience and prospects”, aimed at supporting and drawing attention to the activities of leaders and methodologists of kindergartens, establishing professional cooperation, friendly relations, expanding the scope of professional contacts, the prestige of teaching activity.

Acting Head of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region A. Akylbek welcomed the participants of the meeting, then the teams from each district of the region presented their visiting cards-greetings.

An active group training was conducted by Director of Ust-Kamenogorsk branch of the Center for Teaching Excellence K.B. Raisova on the topic “Updated preschool education: experience and prospects” and a leading expert of Biliminvest National Association Zh.B. Blikova on the topic “Features of the organization of the system of preschool education and training at the current stage” (On amendments to the NLA).

Moreover, the following experts shared their professional secrets at the meeting:

G.O. Berekpolova, a senior lecturer of the branch of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan of East Kazakhstan region on “Emotional intelligence: a key to constructive teamwork”; N.V. Akhayeva, Headmaster of Valeological Specialized School-Complex for Gifted Children of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region on “Management as an activity base of the head of a preschool institution.”

Furthermore, the teams from each district shared their experience on the topic: “Innovative approaches to organizing the work of kindergartens.”

Then, the participants of the meeting were presented ted-lectures (fascinating, practical presentations): D.B. Kusain, a trainer of Orleu JSC on “Integrated game lessons: life hacks and creative ideas”; Kaniyeva M.M., Director of Balapan Kindergarten-Nursery No. 1 of Education Department of Ust-Kamenogorsk city of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region “My path to success. Secrets of my experience.”

In the section “Intellectual leisure - developing by playing”, a methodologist for innovative technologies of Murager Kindergarten-Nursery A. M. Aitzhanova demonstrated intellectual games, T. B. Izmodenova, a choreographer of Complex School-Kindergarten No. 14 for Visually Impaired Children of education department of Ust-Kamenogorsk city of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region held a cognitive flash mob.

The meeting honored the veterans of preschool education, presented them flowers and letters of thanks with words of gratitude for many years of conscientious work in the preschool education and training, for services to the younger generation, for invaluable work for society.

At the solemn closing of the Meeting, an independent commission summed up the results of the meeting and held an award ceremony for the best teams:

Grand Prix - Katon-Karagai district “Or-Karatai”;

1st place - Ust-Kamenogorsk city “Bala Tumar”;

2nd place - Samar district “Positive” and Kurchum district “Zhiger”;

3rd place - Zaisan district “Tumar” and Tarbagatai district “Ulagat”.

The letters of thanks were given to active teams and especially distinguished participants of the Meeting.

During feedback, the participants of the Meeting received answers their questions, methodological recommendations and expressed their gratitude to the organizers and speakers, noting the methodological literacy and content of the Meeting.

Concluding the Meeting, Acting Director of Shygys Regional Center of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region G. Jakupova noted the high level of training of all participants and wished them success in their work.

The Meeting resulted in an environmental campaign with planting trees in the courtyard of the kindergarten.

65 teachers of preschool instiuttions of the region took part in the Meeting.

The materials of the Meeting were sent to District and City Education Departments.
