Press release of a regional round of “Best Teacher Award” Republican Competition

Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region announces that the regional round of the Republican Competition “Best Teacher Award” is taking place in October this year.

The goal of the Competition is to raise the status of a teacher, boosting creatively working teachers with high achievements in their professional activities, searching for non-standard pedagogical ideas and discoveries enabling to expand the children’s potential in upbringing and education.

Teachers - winners of the city and district rounds of the competition will take part in the regional round of the Competition.

The submission of documents starts on September, 12 and will last until September 22, 2022.

Information about the competition will be posted on the kundelik.kz.

Accepting applications, registration, submission of competitive documentation, assessment - will be carried out on the web portal https://teachercontest.iac.kz/.

The competition includes three rounds:

- Round I – the district / city level from September, 12 till September 31, 2022;

- Round II - the regional level will be held in October, 2022;

- Round III - the republican level will be held in November, 2022.

According to the results of two competitions, those teachers with the highest scores will participate in the republican level.

Basis: Rules for awarding the title of “Best Teacher”, approved by the Order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 16, 2015 No. 12 (with amendments and additions, the Order of the Minister of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated August 9, 2022 No. 355).
