A meeting with teachers to explain the content of the State-of-the-Nation Address by the Head of State “A Fair State. One nation. Prosperous society”

Today, on September 14 of this year, Station of Young Technicians hosted a meeting with teachers of educational institutions of the region to explain the content of the State-of-the-Nation Address by the Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev “A Fair State. One nation. Prosperous society”, dated September 1, 2022, where special attention is paid to the further development of the education system, supporting both teachers and students.

During the meeting, Alima Akylbek, Acting Head of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region, highlighted that the Head of State instructed to pay special attention to the implementation of the new national project “Comfortable School” in order to solve the problems of a shortage in pupil places at schools, as well as eliminating triple-shift schooling and closing emergency schools.

Special emphasis is placed on the issue of providing children with preschool institutions, increasing teachers’ salaries by another 25%, as well as the study of subjects of Natural Sciences and English learning in the senior level.

Furthermore, explanations were given on the efforts to provide children from socially vulnerable families with school uniforms, as well as on the introduction of an educational account for funds allocated for children education.

It was noted that according to all instructions, systematic work is already being carried out by Education Administration.

Following the meeting, the participants were given answers to all their questions.
