Regional online coaching “Author's program as a result of teacher's intellectual and research works”

On September 14, 2022, Shygys Regional Center of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region, in accordance with the annual plan of Atameken Association of History Teachers held an online coaching called “Author's program as a result of teacher's intellectual and research works”.

The goal of the workshop is to disseminate the experience of best teachers who have created the author's programs of elective courses, special courses, elective courses in History, to create an opportunity to use their own developments in practice, to share the results of own activities, pedagogical ideas and projects, as well as to provide methodological assistance to subject teachers in creating author's programs.

The online coaching was attended by teachers of History of educational institutions of the region and specialized educational institutions, heads of Associations, methodologists of District/City Education Departments, a total of 90 people.

G.K. Isanova, a teacher of History of the highest category of Y. Altynsarin Secondary School No. 39 of Education Department of Ust-Kamenogorsk city of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region on “Algorithm for creating an author's program”;

A.T. Kenzhebayeva, head of Teaching Staff Professional Development Unit on “Requirements applied to author's works”;

G.Zh. Kaikubayeva, a teacher of History of the highest category of Secondary School No. 36 of Education Department of Ust-Kamenogorsk city of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region on “Educational and methodological complex: basic moments in the process of creation and examination”,

A.A. Tatmanova, a teacher of History, a teacher-master of Zh. Bolganbayev Samar Secondary School-Lyceum of Education Department of Samar district of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region on “Shygys Kazakstannyn kasietti oryndary men aituly tulgalary” avtorlyk bagdarlamasyn pedagogikalyk tazhiribege engizu tiimdіlіgі”;

A.Zh. Oramalova, a teacher of History, a master teacher of Secondary School No. 46 of Education Department of Ust-Kamenogorsk city of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region on “Avtorlyk bagdarlama mugalіmnіn zertteu tazhіribesinіn natizhesі retinde” and showed master classes on methods promoting the theoretical and practical ideas about how to create author's programs.

During feedback, the participants expressed their gratitude to the speakers and organizers who shared their experience. It offered methodological recommendations on the algorithm for developing the author's program.
