Happy Family Day

The Decree “On professional and other holidays in the Republic of Kazakhstan” was amended and since 2013 the second Sunday of September has marks Family Day.

On 5-9 September, 2022, events, dedicated to Family Day, were held in educational institutions of East Kazakhstan region, in accordance with the Concept approved by Education Administration, in order to instill in students a sense of respect and love for relatives and friends, to strengthen relations between school and parents.

The events were attended by deputy headmasters for educational affairs, classroom teachers, parental community, children and youth organizations Zhas Kyran, Zhas Ulan, students of grades 1-11.

Within the framework of the event the following round tables took place: “Otbasy maseleleri”, “Protection of children’s rights and interests”; single classroom meetings: “Otbasym - bakyt mekenim”, “Otbasy-tarbie kozi”, “Otbasyndagy omirdin manyzdylygy”, “My family’s commandments”, “Family tree”, “Happy family-happy children”; meetings with parents: “Otbasyndagy rukhani kundylyk”, “Otan otbasynan bastalady”, “Ata-anam - maktanyshym”, “Family is a small country”; competitions of children's drawings: “Otbasym-bailygym”, “Friendly family”, “Portrait of my family”; charitable events: “Otbasy otbasyna komektesedi”, “Kaiyrymdy otbasy”, “Kaiyrymdylyk otbasynan bastalady”, “Kind family”; family relay races: “Zhuirik bolsan, ozyp kor”, “En uyimshyl otbasy”, “I, my friendly family”; photo exhibitions: “Zhanuyam - altyn besigim”, “Menin otbasymnyn - bakytty satteri”, “Menin ata-anamnyn hobbii”, “This is a wonderful planet family!”, “My family’s happy moments”; challenges: “Men zhane menin otbasym”, “Menin otbasym syilastyk”, “Zharastyk ornagan ortam”, “Family relic”, “My family is my fortress”, video polls: “Otbasy kundylyktary”, “Happy family is…”.
