Schoolchildren staged Apke

Schoolchildren of Nazarbayev Intellectual School of Physics and Mathematics in Semey staged the drama Apke of the famous writer, playwright and laureate of the State Prize of the Republic of Kazakhstan Dulat Isabekov.

The play performed by the members of Lira literary club at the dormitory of the school was the first step for schoolchildren in the field of theatrical art. For all that, there were many spectators who came to see the play. The leadership of the school, teachers, students and parents came to support the young artists and sincerely applauded them.

- The drama Apke by Dulat Isabekov is a work that reflects the image of young people who in the stream of modern life waste their national values, humanity, the concepts of morality, duty and dignity. Moreover, we have a specific reason why we chose this play. Through this play, we wanted to make young people aware that family values, family upbringing, and relations between relatives are of priorities. Knowing the character and abilities of the learners, we promptly gave parts in the play and staged it”, said the head of Lira literary club Mukhamet Slamjan.

The scenery played an important role in the performance. The leading role of the main character Kamazhai was perfectly performed by Dana Gabdilkarimkyzy, Omar - Turar Kametay, Timur (Tim) - Zhanuzak Alpysbayev, Nazila (Naz) - Erkezhan Rakhymzhanova, Gaukhar (Nazila's friend) - Dayana Urzakanova, Kamila (Kama) Timur's girlfriend - Dilnaz Koishybayeva, Sultan (Timur's friend) - Arman Tusupkhanov, Sulukhan (Svetlana) - Alua Ilyasova, Kaben - Merkhat Yerezhepov, a neighbor - Amina Aitbayeva.

The actions of the actors made the audience with excitement follow the developments on the stage, keeping them on the stretch until the end of the play. The ability to make the audience laugh and cry is a great art.
