Section meeting of teachers of preschool education institutions of East Kazakhstan region as part of the August Conference-2022 “New guidelines for the development of the preschool education and training system”
On August 19, 2022, Shygys Regional Center of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region held an online section meeting of teachers of preschool education institutions of East Kazakhstan region, as part of the August Conference-2022.
The program of the section meeting included presentations by qualified experts on important aspects of preschool education.
During the section meeting, the participants discussed topical issues related to preschool education, reviewed the activities of preschool institutions of the region as part of implementing the Model of preschool education and training development.
The following teachers shared their experience at the event:
Yu.V. Kutovaya, a methodologist of Valeological Specialized School-Complex for Gifted Children of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region on “Implementing the Model of preschool education and training with using games”;
Zh.K. Karimova, acting director of Karlygash Kindergarten - Nursery No. 106 of Education Department of Ust-Kamenogorsk city of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region on “Inabattylyk tarbiesі mektepke deiyngі balanyn ruhani adamgershіlіgіn kalyptastyrudyn kuraly”;
A.M. Aitzhanova, a kindergarten teacher of Murager Kindergarten-Nursery on “Cultivating moral and patriotic qualities of preschoolers with using gaming technologies”;
N.Zh. Kystaubayeva, a teacher-speech therapist of Altyn Dan Kindergarten for children with disabilities of Education Department of Ust-Kamenogorsk city of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region on “Teipteu-XXI Gasyr Innovaziyasy”;
O.V. Mikheyeva, a methodologist of Bolashak Kindergarten-Nursery No. 45 of Education Department of Ust-Kamenogorsk city of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region on “Child’s Voice in modern preschool education as an expression of their development achievements.”
A.K. Kyrykbayeva, a methodologist of Pre-School and Primary Education Unit of Shygys Regional Center of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region briefed on the current state of pre-school education and the key priorities for the 2022-2023 school year as part of implementing the Model of preschool education and training development, as well as outlined the tasks for participants of the educational process. The attention of the listeners was focused on the changes made to the State Educational Standard of Preschool education and training (dated August 3, 2022, the Order No. 348) and accordingly the following legal acts will be changed (Model Curriculum for Preschool Education and Training, Model Education Program for Preschool Education and Training). The development of communication, cognitive, intellectual, creative skills, research abilities of children, their physical development as well as social and emotional skills will be implemented through the integration of organized activities.
Also at the meeting, she spoke on the topic “Preschool, preschool education - the foundation for the education of the country”
L.V. Kirilinskaya, Director General of Shug Ylakitap Publishing House, spoke about the educational and methodological materials published by the publishing house for preschool education;
G.A. Bekbayeva, a senior officer of East Kazakhstan Regional Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Anti-Corruption, spoke about the Parasatty Balakai Project for children of preschool education institutions and briefed on the education corruption, legal literacy of teachers.
During feedback, the participants of the section meeting received answers to their questions and methodological recommendations on modern methods on how to develop preschool children, expressed gratitude to the organizers and speakers, noting the methodological literacy, content and efficiency of the meeting.
More than 100 teachers of preschool institutions of East Kazakhstan region took part in the work of the section meeting. The materials of the work of the section meeting were sent to District and City Education Departments.
